What is Mindfulness?
Life can often feel like a constant flow of busyness — filled with wanting, doing and having. In this fast-paced movement, we may lose touch with the essence of our being. It is easy to disconnect from the body and live in autopilot mode where, for example, you might arrive at your destination only to realise you remember nothing about the journey.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a programme developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre in the 1970s. Since then, it has been widely adopted in healthcare, education, corporations, prisons, the armed forces, and beyond.
Kabat-Zinn describes mindfulness as;
“A way of being in a wise and purposeful relationship with one’s experience, both inwardly and outwardly.”
My Journey
My heart is full of gratitude for the teachers and people I shared my mindfulness journey with. Through the education & practices of Western Psychology & Eastern Philosophies, I began to notice subtle yet profound shifts in my awareness, my ability to respond rather than react, and in how I related to discomfort and stress of what Kabit-Zinn named his book after ‘Full Catastrophe Living’. It helped me come home to myself in a way that no other approach had.
Now, I offer mindfulness-based support and guidance for others on their journey — whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, or simply seeking more presence and peace in your daily life. Together, we explore how mindfulness can be integrated into your own unique path, offering space for healing, clarity and connection.
Mindfulness-Based Services
I provide a range of mindfulness-based services designed to support your personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and reconnection to self. Whether you are new to mindfulness or deepening an existing practice, these offerings are tailored to meet you where you are.
Programmes
4-Week Insight Programme
An introduction to formal & informal mindfulness based practices. Using harmonic sounds and exploring the experience through the lens of mindfulness. We explore each experience through the lens of mindfulness: noticing without judgment, allowing what arises, and reconnecting with the wisdom already within.
8-Week MBSR Programme
A structured and evidence-based programme that guides you through the foundations of mindfulness practice. Over the course of eight weeks, you'll learn tools to reduce stress, regulate emotions, and build a more grounded relationship with yourself and the world around you.
Next programme begins January 2026.
Mindfulness/Sound Workshops
Themed group workshops focused on specific topics such as stress, self-compassion, or mindful communication. These are great for those wanting to dip their toe into mindfulness or reconnect with their practice in community.

Retreats, Workplace & Group Facilitation
